However, it has been updated to align with the Provincial Planning Statement, which was updated in 2024, and EG’s Complete Communities Secondary Plan. Join the project team to review the proposed TGDS for new developments and share ideas on the project. Join us on February 21 from 11 to 11:40 a.m. for the Drummin' Up Ubuntu: African Drumming Workshop at the Queensville Library located inside of the Health and Active Living Plaza. 

This free African drumming workshop, Drummin' Up Ubuntu is a kinesthetic activity that everyone can enjoy regardless of musical ability. It will combine electric rhythms and high-energy sounds of West Africa to create an unbeatable interactive audience experience. This group drumming workshop is dynamic and invites participants to take an active role in creating and experiencing a concert-like performance. Drums will be provided to attendees for use during the workshop. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Attendees under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
