This clinic will offer both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines and will be open to walk-ins for first and second doses. 

• Anyone 12 years of age and older is eligible to book an appointment to receive a vaccine. 
• The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is only available for individuals aged 18 years and older.
• For second dose appointments, the first dose must be a minimum of 28 days before.
• If you received AstraZeneca for your first dose, you can make an appointment to receive the Moderna vaccine for your second dose. Please book your appointment at least 8 weeks after your first dose.
