Santa is back in EG this weekend for the Mount Albert Lions parade. The following streets will be closed on December 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for Santa’s arrival:

King Street
Princess Street
Shannon Road
Main Street
Victoria Street
Albert Street
Birchard Boulevard
Centre Street

Mount Albert Lions Santa Claus Parade

The time has come for the Mount Albert Lions Santa Claus Parade!

The parade will be held on Saturday December 6 at 11 a.m. in Mount Albert, starting at Albert St and finishing at the Mt. Albert Community Centre (53 Main St, Mt. Albert).

Come and meet with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Community Centre after the parade. There will be hot chocolate and hot dogs for all, candy and entertainment for the kids.

Toys, donations & non-perishable food items will be collected during the parade so come on out to support the community and enjoy the parade.

The parade route moves north on King St., east on Shannon Rd., south on Victoria St., east on Mill St., south on Centre St., west on Main St. to end at the Mt. Albert Community Centre. The parade and will take approximately 1 hour to complete.

Roads will be closed along the parade route at 10:50 a.m.
