Anxiety Busters with Women’s Support Network
November 10^th 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Anxiety is something that we all live and sometimes struggle with.  In this workshop, participants will learn how to reclaim their anxiety.  Through learning about what anxiety is, what it's function in our body and mind is, and when it becomes unhelpful, participants will develop basic skills and tools for managing their anxiety and making it useful to them.
