The 54th Richmond Hill Winter Carnival returns Sat and Sun, Feb. 4 and 5, 2023 at Mill Pond Park, Mill and Trench streets, Richmond Hill! Enjoy traditional activities such as children’s games and crafts, the wood carver, children’s colouring contest, falconry displays, live entertainment, hot drinks, photos with Ookpik and, of course, the popular Sunday pancake breakfast. New this year are selfie/Instagram stations, play igloos for young children, Batman and his Batmobile, trackless train ride for children and a family-friendly Saturday spaghetti dinner!
