Event Details:

The community of Mount Albert has unique ecological wetland features located along the Vivian Creek watershed. In 2023, the Town’s Parks Branch partnered with the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA) to explore improving drainage areas adjacent to the existing Vivian Creek trail system. The LSRCA’s Christa Sharp, Manager of Restoration Services will guide a casual walk to provide details of the drainage design improvements and how this work will allow the LSRCA to enhance the wetland features that exist today.
