You're invited to officially celebrate the opening of HALP Park during a Community Park Celebration on Tuesday, September 1, from 3 to 9 p.m. The celebration will feature family-friendly activities throughout the park, entertainment, program trials, outdoor movie, vendor market, concert, and more.
