Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food

The annual Farm to Fork is a FREE one-day annual event that takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026

Begin your self-guided tour at the Sharon Museum and Gardens (18974 Leslie Street, Sharon, Ont.), where you can check in, grab your route map, and pick up a complimentary thermo-tote for your family (limited quantities, while supplies last).

New this year: Browse a selection of local table vendors at the Sharon Museum and Gardens (9:00am-12:00pm) before you head out! Then hit the road and explore these amazing farms at your own pace!

From fresh produce and free-run eggs to artisanal goods, flowers, and baked treats, you’ll get to see (and in some cases sample!) where your food really comes from.

Please note: Pets are not permitted on many of the properties on the tour. We recommend leaving your furry friends at home.

Although Farm to Fork overall runs from 9 am – 5 pm, participants may have hours that differ from this. Hours for each are listed below and will be included on the map you receive at the Sharon Museum and Gardens.
