Explore nature in EG at the Ross Family Complex for Nature Day! Join our partners from the East Gwillimbury Public Library (EGPL), Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA), Tiny Seedlings, and the Mount Albert Lions for a fun-filled event, featuring:

  • Craft stations

  • Learning and Reflecting Station

  • LSCRA Education station

  • Tobacco Teaching

  • Touch the Earth

  • Singing Circle

  • Mount Albert Scouts

  • Butterfly station and release

  • Self-guidedStory Walk

LDD - Egg Mass Removal Demonstration

10:00 AM | French Park, 459 Queensville Sideroad, Holland Landing

Come to French Park on Saturday, September 18 for an in-person demonstration of how to remove egg masses from your tree(s). The demonstration will take place from 10 a.m. to noon. Please meet Town staff at the baseball diamond as marked on the map here.

Join the Town of East Gwillimbury on Tuesday, September 21, for our Music Night in EG to enjoy music from Summer of 69... Canada's ultimate tribute to Bryan Adams.
 
Preregistration is required, please complete registration for each person that will be attending. Spots are limited. The event will also be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend.
Registration opens: September 13, 2021
Registration closes: September 20, 2021
 
Entry begins at 6 p.m. , there will be treats available ($) prior and during the performance. The band will begin at 6:30 p.m. and play until 8 p.m. Don't forget your blankets, lawn chairs and snacks!
 
Please note that COVID-19 precautions will be followed, you will be requires to complete passive screening prior to attending, and will be directed to a specific seated area.
